Trama
Another (アナザー Añaza? Another) is a Japanese light novel of horror created by Yukito Ayatsuji and published on 29
October 2009 by Kadokawa Shoten. A manga adaptation, by Hiro Kiyohara, was published in the volumes of Young
Ace published by Kadokawa Shoten same between May 2010 and January 2012. The first episode of the anime series, produced by
P.A. Works, was broadcast in January 2012, and a live-action film will be screened in Japanese theaters on August 4, 2012.In 1972, a student named Misaki very popular accidentally dies during the school year. The class to which
belonged, section 3 of the Yomiyama North, is shocked by the loss and decided to continue the school year as
if the student had never died, coming to make a bank to free him and riservargli place on the day of
diploma. Mysteriously, however, the dead girl appears in the photograph.
In the spring of 1998, a 15 year old boy, Koichi Sakakibara, comes from Tokyo to Yomiyama to stay with their grandparents while His father works in India. He moved to the section 3 but lost the first few weeks due to a pneumothorax. While it is
the hospital receives the visit of his classmates and meets a mysterious girl, wearing the uniform she
school, called Mei Misaki, who goes to visit the hospital.
Once discharged, the boy starts school and her aunt, a teacher at North Yomiyama, gives some tips, but remains
evasive about the behavior of his peers to Mei, who treat it as if it did not exist. Koichi is increasingly
confused by the air of mystery that class and asks for more information on times Misaki and his companions, but not
respond.
The tension increases when a classmates, Yukari Sakuragi, dies sliding down the stairs impaled on the tip
umbrella. This is one of several deaths related to class 3-3. Koichi and his friends Mei, Naoya Teshigawara,
Tomohiko Kazami Yuya Mochizuki and try to unravel the mystery of the 1972 Misaki and the senseless calamity since
affects the class 3-3. In fact, it often happens that in the class 3-3 there is a student in, already dead, which is the causeof all deaths that occur in the classroom.
