Clipboard manager that records all clips to history and lets you sort, edit, combine and encrypt clips, take screenshots, perform advanced searches, and more
ClipMate saves time and makes you more productive by adding clipboard functions that the Windows clipboard leaves out, such as holding thousands of "clips", instead of just one at a time. ClipMate has functions to combine, edit, and manage your clipboard data. It can also print, re-format, and even spell-check. It also has a multi-monitor screen capture, and has features for sharing clips among multiple PCs.
ClipMate 7 adds powerful drag/drop, integration with the windows taskbar, and makes pasting your data even easier than before. Everybody needs ClipMate.
ClipMate is a comprehensive software application that records the Clipboard history and lets you save, secure and manage clips. It comes bundled with a bunch of advanced options for experienced users.
Systray accessibility
Once launched, it creates an icon in the system tray area for quick access, and it automatically starts recording new clips, playing a sound effect every time a new clip is stored.
The main app window has a professional-looking structure, where you can explore the inbox, safe, overflow, samples, virtual items, trash can, and search results.
Store and manage clips
Clip information includes the date and time, size, and the program source. Clips can be exported to file as JPG, PNG, BMP or XML, merged, sent to the safe, as well as encrypted with a password.
It's possible to back up and restore the clip database, put together clip collections, take screenshots, and filter outbound clips.
Run advanced searches and customize clip text
ClipMate also enables you to conduct advanced clip search options by applying filters for the content (e.g. title, text, creator, source URL), format, time, collection, encryption, and other aspects.
Furthermore, it's possible to convert the text case (e.g. uppercase, lowercase), remove line breaks, activate a spellchecker, change the title and shortcut, strip out non-text data formats, convert file pointers to text and Unicode to ANSI, and enable an automatic capturing tool, among others.
System Requirements: The ClipMate Clipboard Extender runs on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10. |
