Dr. Derrick Russell is de bezeten en misschien wel krankzinnige directeur van het gesticht
en heeft de sleutel tot de oplossing van deze moord.
Hij is echter niet van plan zijn geheimen zonder meer prijs te geven.

10 years ago the perverse Dr. Russell couldn't resist the beauty of a young patient in his mental clinic and raped her one night.
