My Blu-Ray rips are always taken DIRECTLY from the actual blu-rays, not re-encodings of an earlier torrent, and not "filled in" with web downloads.
Though I dearly love HEVC, many devices do not support it. I am therefore providing h264 versions of some of my torrents; please note that these are NOT re-encoded from the HEVC, but done directly from my blu-ray.
This is my h264 2 pass high quality 1080p rip of season one of Gomorra (known as Gomorrah to English speaking channels).
I used x264.exe to create a VBR in 2 passes, at an average of just 1600 kbps and a maximum of 3300 kbps, at the highest quality ("placebo") settings; each episode required about 12 hours to encode.
The audio is AAC 5.1 at 384 kbps.
The English, Italiano, Français and Español subtitles are included (soft coded).
