AV1 is a newer and more efficient video codec than HEVC developed by the Alliance for Open Media. Guardians of the Galaxy is relatively difficult to compress, meaning quality may be a bit lower than my other CD releases.

Audio: ~109 kbps Opus (nominally 116 kbps) - English Stereo

Subtitles: 19x SRT (English, English SDH, Spanish, Castillian Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Traditional Chinese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, Swedish, Portugese, Brazillian Portugese) - sourced from a DSNP WebRip (+1.75s sync)

AV1 and Opus can be played in a modern software player such as VLC Media Player or MPV. The Windows media player can also be used, provided you have the free AV1 video extensions installed, although it may have worse playback performance.

Notes:
- IMPORTANT : I seem to have trouble seeding to anyone using the Transmission client. I'm not sure if it's just the client fooling me, but Transmission users appear to make no progress and have zero upload from me. If this happens to you, consider using a different client, such as qBittorrent or Deluge. Clients other than Transmission are unaffected.
- CD Release: fits on one 80-minute CD-R disc
- Small size keeps download times short: 90-ish minutes on 1 Mbps DSL, 9-ish minutes at 10 Mbps, 4-ish minutes at 25 Mbps, under 1 minute at 100 Mbps
