4. How can I transfer the file to WALKMAN? Please confirm the following procedures about the transferring procedures from Media Manager for WALKMAN to WALKAMN. Steps:
1. Connect the WALKMAN to The PC. 2. Start Media Manager for WALKMAN.
3. Select the mode by mode button.
5. Select the file that you want to transfer from the PC list view.
6. Select the Device from [Selected Device] on status bar.
7. Click the [ ] button on status bar. File transfer will begin.
Notes:
- The file cannot transfer when the transferring prohibition mark displayed on the file.
5. Can the file be converted? Media Manager for WALKMAN does not have a conversion function. Media Manager Pro for WALKMAN has conversion function
6. The file was lost from Windows Explorer when deleting a file from Media Manager for WALKMAN.
Media Manager for WALKMAN synchronizes with Windows Explorer. Therefore, when the folder or the file registered in Media Manager for WALKMAN is deleted, it is deleted from the Windows Explorer and it enters your Recycle Bin.
Notes:
- When the folder is deleted on Media Manager for WALKMAN, the file in the folder is extracted and is placed in your Recycle Bin.
- When the folder is deleted, everything in the folder is deleted including the file not displayed on Media Manager for WALKMAN.
7. I'm unable to transfer files that were purchased via Connect, iTunes, or other download services. The software does not support files that are encoded with DRM (digital rights management).
8. Difficulty previewing Windows Media files.
Verify that Windows Media Player 10 or higher is installed and configured on the PC.
