Norwegian police officer Alexander joins the team, after prosecutor Nora Linde’s former colleague Thomas moves to Norway to be closer to his ex-wife and daughter; A series of deaths related to a new chemical narcotic catches the team's attention; A family's matriarch asks her daughter to handle a sale, despite her son holding the position of CEO; Alexander and Miriam launch a new murder investigation when a female body is found in a fishing net; and a party comes to an abrupt end.

^ imho, this is better than all the other seasons combined. Dreary duo Thomas and Mia have finally gone (good riddance, dullards), and cheeky Alexander is in. Let's hope it stays this way for season 8.
