Appears to be a VHS conversion originally. Downloaded from the net with a damaged
header (was only displaying first eight minutes of content) and fully repaired using "Handbrake video converter" No sync problems of any kind either.

There were no matching subs found on the net at any of the usual sites initially
however we did source something usable elsewhere which we worked on for some hours
to fix sync, spelling and diction errors. We have hardcoded the english subs we
made for you.
This is the German Director Fassbinder's offering of "Nora Helmer" a made for
TV movie version of Henrik Ibsen's "A Doll's House" - the very best of which
renditions remains the original Norwegian production starring the beautiful
Ms Lise Fjeldstad of Nrway. We posted that here in HD format for you - being
the first to offer it on the net in 720p recently.
The German version being posted today (Our 1973 Jane Fonda version posting
of A Dolls House is also in German and English audio track options by the way) shows a nicer man playing Torvald than is usually picked for the role.
While he is certainly credible reciting the lines Ibsen wrote for the part, I happen to be of the mind that in reality this man would have been kinder to his dear wife Nora played here by the attractive Ms. Margit Cartensen.
We hope to bring you a better quality version of this show when its made available on DVD or bluray even hopefully at some point.
