Tony is playing tourist in Medellin, Colombia. There's a knock on his door and when he opens it, he almost loses it when he sees that Shara Lopez is there to see him. "I came to guide you in the city of Medellin," Shara tells him, a guide book in her hand. He looks dazed and confused. Shara has that effect on men. Tony explains that he called for an English-speaking guide. Shara doesn't understand and tells him again why she's at his hotel. She tries to tell him about all of the spectacular sights they can see but he's only interested in two big sights. "Are you paying attention?" Shara admonishes. "Do you like big tits?" Shara asks him, reading his eyes.
