Add support of Linux 64 bit (official supported dist. is Ubuntu 64 bit system)
Newspaper get more pages and contents are slightly re-organized to find more items
tweak damage / wear system (less damage for some components, like gauges, oil filters, drive belts, etc)
tweak control of starting race, player now has the ability to change gear, views and use acceleration during count down to allow better and quicker start
tweak tutorial Walea to get water temp gauges, because it was missing and was a bit misleading for few players
several minor fixes with fences, road signs and levitate NPCs at parking places
