Description RimWorld - a simulator of the settlement of space robinsons. Their spaceship crashed, they were lucky enough to stay alive, landing in life capsules on an undeveloped planet. Now they have to survive in the conditions of the “wild west” of a distant fantastic future: there is no civilization, there are savages armed with bows and clubs, space pirates with modern weapons, aggressive high-tech combat vehicles created by unknown people and when, the local fauna, which happens not only game but also a hunter. In addition to defense, you need to take care of food, overnight, heating, lighting (there is a change in the times of the day and seasons), the health and mental state of the colonists, their entertainment (from hard life there will be nervous breakdowns and fights). The game has a tree of technologies, as you study them, you can arrange the production of weapons, armor, machine gun turrets, colored lights, medicines and drugs, finally build a spaceship and fly away. It’s not possible to describe all the possibilities in a nutshell, it’s enough to say that you can trade sofas made of human skin and poison enemies with war chicken (they are not very different from real ones, you have to take them in quantity).
Most people value convenience above freedom and it's having an effect on GNU/Linux. We want to show in our way what we think about these proprietary platforms and that their DRM has no place on our operating system.
