This was an intimate performance, where Roky sings solo acoustic versions of the songs from his recently published book 'Openers'. The DJ is very respectful and appreciative.

Roky's mother, Evelyn, is in the studio during his performance, and you can hear her in the breaks.

Bill Jaeger (an old friend of Roky Erickson's) donated the 1st generation tape of this performance, and Knox Mitchell transferred it to digital, and also supplied the masters for this release. Much appreciated, to all involved.
