Mancano poche settimane al termine del liceo e Seth ed Evan vivono la loro condizione di sfigati e vergini come un fardello in vista dell'Università dove non vogliono apparire come pivelli. Quando gli si presenta l'occasione della "prima volta" - una festa casalinga organizzata dalla bella Jules - decidono di giocarsi qualunque carta per fare colpo sulle ragazze che amano segretamente, fosse anche ubriacarle per divenire l'errore di una serata ebbra. Ad acquistare gli alcolici, con un documento fresco fresco di falsificazione, si offre l'amico Fogell (denominato da Seth "repellente per gnocche" per via della sua tipica natura da nerd) al quale i due affidano il denaro e la loro ultima speranza di perdere la verginità. Purtroppo le cose non vanno come previsto e il negozio di liquori segnerà l'inizio di una rocambolesca e divertentissima avventura ai danni dei nostri.
