I absolutely think this is one of the funniest shows on TV. Its humor is totally well written. As soon as the next episode comes out, I get all excited. It just takes me into many laugh-out-loud moments, one right after another. Someone is a great comedy writer here. As you get to know the characters, you end up really liking them. It all borders on real-life stuff, but exaggerated. Record it...watch it...and laugh. You'll love it! My kind of humor. I don't like just any humor...but this is my kind. Knee slapping funny. For the folks that don't like this, I think you are a rare commodity and you just have a different idea of what humor is. Majority of the people will love it and we need this to take us away from our daily frustrations of the real world. OK...I can't wait for next weeks episode. I also like Dr. Ken and The Last Man on Earth, but I think this one is at the top of the list. All very funny.

Amy (America Ferrera) è una diligente impiegata del Cloud 9 di St. Louis. Sono ormai anni che lavora come dipendente presso li stesso superstore e la sua vita è diventata alquanto monotona e noiosa.

Tra i suoi colleghi vediamo l’amica Cheyenne (Nichole Bloom), una dolce ragazzina incinta, Garrett (Colton Dunn), un paraplegico afroamericano e i nuovi arrivati: l’ambizioso Mateo (Nico Santos) e Jonah (Ben Feldman), un ingenuo ragazzo che vuole dimostrare che il lavoro non deve per forza essere noioso.
L’intero gruppo è gestito dall’incompetente manager Glenn (Mark McKinney) e dalla sua vice Dina (Lauren Ash), una donna aggressiva che vive seguendo un codice ben preciso: il manuale dell’impiegato.

La serie segue la vita quotidiana di questo gruppo all’interno del grande magazzino, tra amori, amicizie e mille avventure.

“Superstore” è una sitcom statunitense creata da Justin Spitzer. La serie è uscita nel 2015 sulla NBC e ha visto come star principali America Ferrera (“Ugly Betty”) e Ben Feldman (“Mad Men” e “A to Z”).
Nel cast vediamo anche: Johnny Pemberton, Kaliko Kauahi, Christopher Riordan, Grace Parra e Sean Whalen.

America Ferrera and Ben Feldman star in a hilarious workplace comedy about a unique family of employees at a super-sized mega store. From the bright-eyed newbies and the seen-it-all veterans to the clueless summer hires and the in-it-for-life managers, together they hilariously tackle the day-to-day grind of rabid bargain hunters, riot-causing sales and nap-worthy training sessions. The employees celebrate the past, present and future of Cloud 9. Series finale. Some inside information leads the Cloud 9 employees to try to make the store seem perfect for one day. When the Cloud 9 founder's son makes a surprise visit, the employees struggle to accommodate his bold ideas. Garrett helps Dina navigate a tricky situation with Brian. Jonah and Sandra use social media to investigate some worrying news. When Jeff returns to push customer satisfaction surveys, Mateo enlists Garrett's help to hide his relationship. Dina, Glenn and Cheyenne's plan to boost the scores creates new and bigger problems. Jonah tries to convince Sandra to value herself. On the day of Store 1217's first deep cleaning since the pandemic began, Glenn ropes Garrett into throwing a party to cheer up the employees; Dina needs Cheyenne's guidance when her ability to run the store is compromised; Jonah tries to help Mateo.
