This course will teach you all about working with crystals for self-healing, meditation and guidance!It comes with an activity Workbook and two meditations to help you to connect to your crystals, feel their energy, balance your chakras and receive guidance and wisdom.As a Spiritual Teacher, Reiki Master and Crystal Reiki Master, I’ ve been using crystals for many years. I use them with meditation, reiki and for connecting to spirit. I want to share my knowledge and help others begin their journey to working with crystals!This course is an introduction to working with crystals. It's easy to follow, yet it provides enough information so that you can confidently choose and look after crystals and use them to your benefit.You will have undoubtedly heard of some of the more popular crystals, like Amethyst, Obsidian and Rose Quartz but there are countless others.Crystals can help with healing (both physical and emotional), mental health, provide inspiration and aid spirit communication. They have their own energy, their own lifeform, and they can provide us with guidance and wisdom by connecting to the spirit of the crystal.They can also be used to cleanse and clear other crystals and spaces/places.
